JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
With at least 4 years of work experience as Sales & Marketing supervisor.
Must have at least experience with a People Management role, Event Management, and Customer Service.
Great communication skills and the ability to communicate with empathy and compassion.
With experience in traditional and digital sales & marketing.
Can work well under pressure.
Willing to work on flexible schedules, including weekends and on holidays.

Responsible for managing all sales personnel, developing sales plans, and implementing sales activities that will enable the delivery of Chapel Sales targets.
Conduct a business or marketing plan that is aligned with our Memorial Services.
Responsible for creating awareness and promoting Forest Lake Chapels as the brand of choice for memorial services in the community.
Responsible for ensuring that our memorial services deliver the brand of service experience and ensuring the company values, vision and mission are met.
Oversee the implementation of all sales-related activities
Design and implement a strategic sales plan for Chapel sales.
Meet sales targets and achieve overall revenue growth.
Develop and implement a customer feedback system that gathers data for continued service improvements.
Establish and maintain a network of accredited and organized service providers and suppliers who will be able to deliver on client requirements in a timely manner.
Conceptualize, plan, organize and oversee the implementation of memorial services.
